About McCreary Homes
Since 1988, McCreary Homes, a member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, SAHBA’s Custom Builder Council, and the National Association of Home Builders, has served the Tucson, Arizona, community with custom-built residences. McCreary Homes founder L. J. McCreary has more than 30 years of experience building homes. He blends his passion and skill in designing, consulting, and creating a product that fits his clients’ wants and needs.
Building a home from scratch is a large investment of both time and money. As such, McCreary Homes invites new customers to visit some of its completed works to get a sense of how the finished product can look and feel. McCreary Homes will take care of everything from the blueprinting to installing carpet and appliances, with an average completion time of 12 to 18 months. Future homeowners are welcome to schedule visits to view their houses while still under construction. In the rare case something is not to their liking, they are welcome to submit change requests. McCreary Homes will complete these modifications at a fair fee based on the complexity the change. All McCreary Homes constructions include a warranty, the details of which are established by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
